So, what’s a Psychotherapist/Counsellor?
As a psychotherapist, I draw from different therapeutic approaches rather than relying on just one. Every person is unique, and so are the challenges they face, so there’s no “one-size-fits-all” way to do therapy.

This flexibility allows us to work in the way that feels most natural and effective for you, whether that’s focusing on practical strategies, exploring past experiences and relationships, or creating space for self-discovery and growth.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, and Person-Centred Counselling, with additional influences from Gestalt Therapy. This flexibility allows me to tailor our work together to your unique needs and experiences.

I have worked with individuals facing a wide variety of challenges, including sexual abuse, depression, bereavement, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. At the heart of my practice is the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship, built on empathy, trust, and non-judgment, is the foundation for real and lasting change. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and objectivity, creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported in your journey of healing and growth.
How does it help you?
No two people are the same, and I believe therapy should reflect that. By drawing on different approaches, like CBT, Attachment Theory, Person-Centred Counselling, and Gestalt Therapy, I can create a style of therapy that’s unique to you. Together, we’ll not only work through your current challenges but also get to the core of where they come from. Understanding these roots gives you the power to make lasting changes and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.

This means our work together is always shaped around your needs, your pace, and what feels most helpful for your journey of healing and growth.

Psychotherapy/counselling Fees

Each session lasts 50 minutes and most people find a weekly rhythm helps build momentum, though we can find a pace that feels right for you. Sessions are currently held remotely, offering the flexibility to connect from wherever you feel most at ease—whether by telephone, video call, or via Teams/Zoom. This allows you to access support in a way that fits naturally into your life.

-
£55 per session (50 minutes)
-
£45 per session for students
I want therapy to feel accessible and manageable, so if you’re unsure about frequency or have concerns about fees, we can talk it through together. The most important thing is creating a space that supports you.
